Governing Law: The TOU shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without reference to its choice of law rules. By accessing the Website you agree that Contra Costa County Superior Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes with Claremont arising from or related to your use of the Website. You irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts, and you irrevocably waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
