Cigna + Oscar Withdraws from
The Small Group Market

New Cigna + Oscar (C+O) small group sales and renewals will not be offered in 2025. At C+O’s request, all plans and rates have been removed from the quote engine. However, you can still quote or renew your C+O groups through December 15, 2024 by contacting us at quotes@claremontcompanies.com or 800.696.4543. Please note: the last day of coverage will be December 14, 2025.

With Reliance Standard’s Premier Producer Program, earn more as you write more when you sell RSL SmartChoice® small group insurance products.

New Business Incentive

Tier I – 7 Coverages, 2.5% of New Earned Premium
Tier II – 15 Coverages, 3.5% of New Earned Premium
Tier III – 25 Coverages, 4.0% of New Earned Premium

Renewal Business Incentive

You must first qualify for at least Tier I of the New Business Incentive to qualify for a renewal incentive.

Tier I – 85% to 89.99% Case Persistency, 1.5% of Earned Premium/Renewal
Tier II – 90% to 94.99% Case Persistency, 2.25% of Earned Premium/Renewal
Tier III – 95% or More Case Persistency, 3.0% of Earned Premium/Renewal

All Incentives are Paid in Addition to Standard SmartChoice® Commissions

Life/LTD – 15% First Year, 10% Renewal
STD/Dental – 10% First Year, 10% Renewal
Critical Illness – 15% First Year, 10% Renewal
Accident – 15% First Year, 10% Renewal
