Cigna + Oscar (C+O) is now live in PRISM to quote groups with a January 1 or later effective date. With rates comparable to Kaiser, and networks that include UCSF, Stanford and Sutter, C+O should be in your 1/1 quote comparisons. You’ll find C+O’s EPO plans under the Broad Network selection.
C+O is available to groups based in the following Northern California counties:
