Available with April 1, 2022 effective dates, Humana has introduced two new plan options to their dental portfolio: Dental PPO 2 and Dental Traditional Preferred (TRP) 2.

With these new plans, your employer clients have additional budget-friendly dental options and an easy way to offer employees dental coverage for the first time. Both plans are available as employer-sponsored or voluntary. A range of annual maximums are available starting from $500 to unlimited, providing great flexibility for employers.

Dental PPO 2 Plan

An everyday dental plan that helps save on out-of-pocket costs. Features include:

Preventive care by in-network providers at no additional costs to members.
Two routine cleanings.
Two periodontal maintenance cleanings.
Teledentistry.
Oral cancer screenings.
Dental pop-up clinics.
No waiting periods for employer-sponsored groups with 5+ enrolled employees.

Dental Traditional Preferred 2 Plan

A dental plan with the freedom to choose any dentist. Features include:
