How To Keep Your Clients’ Data Secure

All Protected Information should be sent via an encrypted email or encrypted attachment. Protected Information includes: Personal Health Information, Personally Identifiable Information, and Federal Tax Information.

Claremont uses a secure method to deliver email that contains Protected Information and we are providing you with a free method to send us Protected Information securely.

Sending Protected Information to Claremont
There are two ways:

  1. Follow this link (we recommend you bookmark it for future use).
  2. Click the link at the bottom of any Claremont email message.

We encourage you to send all your Protected Information using our secure service.

Receiving Protected Information from Claremont
When we send you Protected Information by email, our message and any attachments will be encrypted should there be Protected Information included. You will be able to view the body of the email and open the attachment as normal. A small fraction of recipients who have older email clients may need to log in to our secure portal to view and download the message and any attachments. A link to our portal is included in the body of the email.

  • Spreadsheet with employee information, such as addresses, tax ID numbers, and medical ID numbers.
