Derek Fahlman, Customer Engagement Manager (CEM), marks his 5th anniversary at Claremont. As the company's first CEM, Derek played a key role in establishing the position. His background as a broker and extensive experience in hospitality customer service inform his approach to understanding broker needs. “Derek works tirelessly to ensure our broker customers are successful winning new business and retaining their in-force group." says Renee McLemore, Claremont VP of Sales & Marketing. "His competitive nature to win is only outdone by his natural instinct to be a true team player. Derek’s sales team and our Claremont family are lucky to have him on our team!”
Autumn Hersey, Broker Service Representative, is also celebrating 5 years. Initially hired as a temporary employee, Autumn quickly transitioned to a permanent role. “Her attention to detail, ability to think ahead, and always keeping our broker customers at the forefront of all she does, make her a valuable asset to the Service team,” says Laura Hogsed, Service Manager. “It’s hard to imagine a time before Autumn joined us.” Please join us as we congratulate Autumn on her 5 years of service at Claremont!"
