With over 20 years of industry experience at Blue Shield of California, Benefitmall, and Dickerson Insurance Services in various roles including customer service, human resources, and sales, Isabel has a broad knowledge of the marketplace and a deep understanding of the needs of brokers, carriers, and employer clients. She enjoys bringing her knowledge to help brokers strategize and maintain excellent relationships with their clients.
