A life-long entrepreneur, author and master salesperson and organizational leader, Joe has over 40 years of experience in the insurance and financial product industry. Having built hundred-million-dollar business units for several Fortune 500 companies, he’s been inducted into their sales and marketing Halls of Fame.

Joe has written and published four books including the underground cult sales classic, The CAP Equation. His latest release, Winning Sales Attitudes, reached #1 in the sales and selling category on Amazon. In 2018, Joe co-founded Growth10 which is an online community that helps hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners grow faster and stronger through focused microlearning, peer advisory, and live webinar training.
