Individual and Family – All payments should be made payable to the selected health plan. Covered California health plans accept payments via personal check, money order, or re-loadable credit, debit and prepaid cards that contain a Visa, Mastercard or American Express symbol. Some Covered California health plans are planning to include other payment options including cash, delivered in-person to a designated payment facility, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
